fantastic resort!

the resort offers many activities. pools, aqua park, and water slides are available for everyone. i really enjoyed the fun fair and museum. there were plenty of restaurants and bars with various food and drink options.
i experienced an issue with my room. the bed was quite uncomfortable, and this affected my sleep .

I found many pools, each VERY clean. the fitness staff was friendly. I enjoyed workouts. staff kept my room super clean daily. the animation team displayed much energy and enthusiasm.
the resort is LARGE, and sometimes waiting for shuttle buses to move around was a slight inconvenience. it wasn't a major problem, but it added a little time to travel between different areas.

my room was equipped with a large bed and fresh linens. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, SUCH a luxury. the air conditioning unit was easy to control.

The resort is close to several shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. transport to the beach was accessible. I LOVED the convenience. the area felt safe to explore.

The aqua park had many slides and kept our family entertained. I found the cleanliness to be excellent. The staff maintained the rooms and public areas well. (I must say, the kids really enjoyed the pools!).
